What is an unconscious habit?

Our brain is an extraordinary machine that simplifies many processes that move from our conscious to our unconscious. Think for a while on how you learned to ride a bike. The initial stages of that process required deep concentration on body movements and position but as we repeated those gestures our brain simplified them and they became natural and unconscious. However, conformity and silence are unconscious habits that are learned at an early age and they go against our emotional, physical and psychological health, therefore it is important to become aware of them and take control of our destiny at work and in our life.
